These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of evrhub.com and any products, templates or memberships you buy from Evrhub ("we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Using the site
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from Evrhub. You agree to give accurate information, keep your account credentials private, and use the site lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Products and delivery
Our products are digital. After payment you receive a download containing files and editable template links, typically within minutes. Product descriptions, page counts and mockups are provided in good faith, but colors may vary by screen and Canva may change how its tools work.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars unless stated and may change at any time. A price change does not affect orders already placed. Payments are processed by third-party providers. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for your order and any applicable taxes.
VIP memberships
- Memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@evrhub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We will charge the then-current price on renewal and give notice of price increases before they apply.
License
What you may do with our templates is set out in our Commercial License, which is part of these Terms. If these Terms and the license conflict about use of a product, the license controls.
Prohibited conduct
- Reselling, sharing or redistributing our library or raw template links except as the license permits.
- Using the site to break the law, infringe others' rights or distribute harmful code.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, scrape the site at scale or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the templates, text, graphics and branding on the site. Buying a product gives you a license to use it as described in the Commercial License. It does not transfer ownership.
Third-party services
Our templates are built for tools and marketplaces such as Canva, Etsy, Shopify and Stan Store, which are independent of Evrhub. Their terms apply when you use them, and you are responsible for following their rules. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. See our Disclaimer for the notice about earnings and third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evrhub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Evrhub harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the products, including products you create and sell using our templates.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in [YOUR COUNTY, STATE], unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
