Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for digital products and memberships.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned. We still want you to get what you paid for, so please read how refunds work below.
Single templates and bundles
All sales are final once files are delivered, except in these cases. Email support@evrhub.com within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you:
- The files or template links are broken and we cannot fix them.
- You did not receive your download.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The product is materially different from its description.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, for not using the product, or for results such as sales or income.
VIP memberships
- Monthly: cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the paid month. We do not refund part-months.
- Annual: if you contact us within 7 days of your first annual payment and have not downloaded any templates, we will refund it in full. After that, cancel any time to stop renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid year.
We will send a reminder before an annual renewal. If you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days and we will review it.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Refunding an order ends your license to the files in that order.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge. We resolve most problems quickly, and unresolved chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
