What you can and cannot do with Evrhub templates.
This Commercial License explains how you may use templates and files you buy from Evrhub. It is part of our Terms of Service.
You can
- Edit and rebrand templates in Canva
- Sell the finished product in your own shop
- Use it as a lead magnet or in client packages
You cannot
- Sell the raw, unedited template link
- Give your buyers resale rights
- Redistribute the Evrhub library
Definitions
- Template: an editable design file or Canva template link you receive from Evrhub.
- Finished product: a product you create by meaningfully customizing a template, for example changing its text, colors, fonts, cover and layout, and exporting it as a PDF or other file.
- End buyer: a person who buys or receives your finished product from you.
What you may do
- Customize templates and sell finished products on marketplaces and storefronts such as Etsy, Shopify, Stan Store and Gumroad, as long as that platform's rules allow it.
- Rebrand templates with your own colors, fonts, name and logo.
- Offer finished products as free lead magnets, or include them in client packages, courses and coaching bundles.
- Keep all revenue from your sales. Evrhub charges no royalties. Platform and payment fees are your own.
What you may not do
- Sell, share or give away the raw, unedited template or its Canva link, alone or in a bundle, including as a "PLR" or "MRR" product.
- Pass on resale, PLR, MRR or editing rights to your end buyers. End buyers receive personal-use rights to your finished product only.
- Claim copyright or trademark in the original base designs, or register them as your own.
- Upload, redistribute or share the Evrhub library, or your account's downloads, on other PLR sites, groups or file-sharing services.
- Present Evrhub's unedited artwork as your own original work.
Third-party content
Templates are built with free Canva elements and fonts. Canva, Etsy and other platforms have their own terms and can change them. You are responsible for following those terms and for checking that your listing meets each marketplace's rules before you publish.
Memberships
VIP members may download templates released while their membership is active. Finished products you created from templates you downloaded during an active membership remain yours to sell after you cancel. Downloading new templates requires an active membership.
Ownership and ending the license
Evrhub keeps ownership of the templates. We may end your license if you breach this License, and you must then stop distributing the affected templates.
