- Alter, remix, or create derivative works
- Permit others to access your copy
- Remove copyright or attribution notices
- Use guides for YouTube, TikTok, or content creation
⚠️ Commercial Use Violation: Guides are strictly for personal use. Using guides to create products, services, or content for sale is prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your money — no questions asked.

3. Intellectual Property
All text, images, designs, guides, and materials on the Site are owned by EVRHub or licensed from third parties. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may not use our materials without permission.
Trademarks
"EVRHub" and associated logos are trademarks of EVRHub. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Your Content
Any content you submit (contact forms, reviews, feedback) becomes our property. We may use your feedback for business improvement.

Exceptions
- Small claims court is available for claims under $5,000
- We can pursue collection in any court
- Intellectual property claims may be pursued in court
7. Account Responsibility
Your Account
You're responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. You're liable for activities on your account.
Account Information
- Provide accurate, complete information
- Update information if it changes
- Notify us of unauthorized access immediately
Account Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to digital products.
